Alexis Wilmot, Manager of Advisory San Diego

Alexis has 14 years of experience in real estate development, and a strong background in financial analysis of residential home building markets. Her career has focused on master-planned communities, transit oriented development, infill and mixed-use projects, and affordable housing development, both new construction and acquisition rehabilitation. Prior to starting at Meyers Research, Alexis conducted feasibility studies and managed development for market rate acquisitions at Centex Homes and Barratt American before moving over to project management of affordable housing with Chelsea Investment Corporation and Axis Development. Alexis received her Bachelor of Commerce from the Institute of Marketing Management, South Africa, and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh.
Jeb Marsh, Senior Consultant of Advisory Denver

In his 10+ year career, he has worked with a wide variety of real estate property types, both commercial and residential. With a strong background in valuation, Jeb has performed market analysis and feasibility studies for developments of all sorts; from residential subdivisions, to mixed use developments, to fractional interest resort properties. Jeb holds a B.A. in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, and has completed the required courses for the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.
Bryce Bunker, Research Consultant of Advisory Irvine

Mr. Bunker collects and analyzes market trends/data for the consulting group at Meyers Research, LLC to provide clients with in-depth and accurate real estate valuation, consumer research, and market insights to support strategic decision-making. Prior to joining the Meyers team, Mr. Bunker was a project manager for a residential developer. His experience includes due diligence, market analysis, feasibility studies, site planning, and entitlements. He earned a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine and a B.A. from the University of Redlands. Mr. Bunker has been actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, Orange County and Inland Empire District Council, since 2011 and was responsible for writing the Murrieta TAP Report in 2013.
