Susan Heffron, Vice President. Ms. Heffron is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has over 23 years of real estate experience in both the public and private sectors. She has been with Zonda since 2021, working on market studies for a variety of product types throughout the United States; her primary focus has been on projects in the Southeast and Midwest.
Prior to coming to Zonda, Ms. Heffron worked in market research and analysis, entitlements, land use, and community planning in both North and South Carolina. Ms. Heffron was responsible for in-house market research for three national homebuilders in the greater Charlotte MSA and was the regional analyst for a national builder with research experience in the northeast and midwest United States.
Ms. Heffron received a B.A. in Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration. She has a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of the American Planning Association, as an American Institute of Certified Planner (AICP) since 2004. She also holds the LEED AP BD+C designation from the US Green Building Council.
