Stephen Sun is a real estate development place making guru. An architect by training, Stephen has leadership experience in the disciplines of architecture, landscape architecture, planning, real estate development, urban design, and higher education. He helps executives and leaders refine the conceptual vision of a project as well as the technical details.
Stephen received his post-professional Master of Architecture II degree from Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and Carnegie Mellon University. He was a finalist in the 2016 ULI Hines Competition in Atlanta. Notable projects include the place making of a prominent tech company’s new home in California, master planning the city of Villa Rosa near Port-au-Prince in Haiti, and the urban design of a school campus in Monterrey Mexico.
