John is Vice President, Advisory for Meyers Research, LLC. Prior to the acquisition of Hanley Wood and Meyers Research by Mid Ocean Capital in John served as Regional Director in Southern California for Metrostudy. He was previously Director of Consulting at Real Estate Economics.
John is a graduate of University of California, Irvine and holds a Designation in Light Construction and Development Management (LCDM) from the National Association of Homebuilders. John has been active in the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) and held a California General Certified Real Estate Appraisal license.
With special emphasis in land development, financial analysis, master planned community market segmentation and optimal market positioning, John brings 35 years of experience with some of the most successful investors, equity sources, land development firms and brokers in the industry. An avid student of macroeconomics and financial market technical analysis provides John a unique perspective of the housing market.
