Jeb has over 15 years of commercial real estate valuation and consulting experience. Having “cut his teeth” in the eclectic resort markets of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, Jeb has dealt with a myriad of property types where the success of a development might need to juggle atypical variables such as affordable housing requirements, fractional interests, historical districts, strict architectural standards, and pedestrian experience. Jeb is used to predicting absorption, building cash flow models, and testing feasibility in markets that often have very little data to draw from.
Prior to Meyers and starting his career in real estate, Jeb has a well-rounded business background that includes sales management for a start-up company, accounting for a publicly traded corporation, and business management for a small family-owned company. Jeb has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
