This month Zonda iPad App turns 5 years old. We wanted to celebrate in a BIG way. Our new app update reveals the most nation’s exhaustive master-planned community (MPC) database.  We’re excited to deliver a mobile platform that tracks MPC performance and provides insights on supply in real-time.

Explore Master Plan Activity

Spot the new map icon and expand the pop-up preview. Use the compass icon to find MPCs on the map. We’ve organized them by status in 3 colors (grey, blue and green), following the same color and organizational hierarchy for projects and land listings. Follow the pop-up to track unsold developer units which represent supply not yet accounted for by a project. Unsold builder units, by contrast, represent the total remaining supply at active projects. Gauge sales rates over the last 12 months (LTM), which displays the average sales pace for that period across all active projects.

Uncover Insights On Top-Selling Master Plans

Watch daily rankings to learn from stellar performers. Our team continuously surveys more than 17,000 actively-selling new home projects across the country.  These daily updates enable us to aggregate data including year-to-date new home sales activity across our master-planned communities.  The list provides some interesting metrics including the number of active projects, average project sales rate over the last three months and the average list price. The Villages in Central Florida takes the number 1 spot, followed by Summerlin in Las Vegas and Lakewood Ranch in the Sarasota CBSA.

Enhanced Discovery With Updated Map Controls

Quick search and filter to get what you want. Instantly look up any MPC by name when you tap the compass icon. Toggle on and off master-plan communities on the map and view these communities at a CBSA, county, city or zip code level. You’ll now find map controls on left for easy access.
