Regional Sales Director

We are hiring for a full-time Regional Sales Director to start immediately. The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of residential real estate to grow and develop business. Successful candidates will foster and maintain customer relationships to ensure high retention.
  • Generate qualifying leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals
  • Set up meetings; deliver sales presentations, and regularly consult with clients and prospects
  • Establish a strong brand presence in the assigned region by promoting product and actively participating in local/national industry events and trade shows
  • Regularly report to team leadership on day-to-day activity including active leads, outstanding proposals, and pipeline of sales closings through the CRM system to align with overall company strategy
  • Adhere to company pricing structure and sales strategy
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Minimum 3 years of B-to-B experience in sales selling to real estate industry clients as well as strong business development experience in the housing industry
  • Well established knowledge the housing market and economic trends is a plus
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong track record of delivering sales results in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Tech savvy with strong proficiency for software (iOS, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, cloud productivity tools, etc.)
  • Base salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance based sales commission

What will one learn in this position?

My favorite part about this role is you get to be in field getting to know our customers and hearing directly what they love, what can be better, what's hard. You get to be the one to wow them with first time demos and build on that energy to share with each team how our tools will fit them personally. Or on the services side you'll help them connect with our experts that will help the weight and the big questions off their shoulders. More than anything your work directly impacts company growth which in turn allows to do even more for our industry.

You'll be entering a rich network of tips and best practices to work with and supported through unique scenarios you encounter in the market.
