Meyers Research, a Kennedy Wilson Company, seeks a full-time Regional Account Manager. This fun, fast-paced, and exciting position is best suited for someone who is self-directed and enjoys travel. The ideal candidate will enjoy learning while developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders in an exciting industry – home building and development. If you like what you’ve read so far, all the while working for a company who thrives on being a disruptor within the traditional industry of home building and development, then you’ll be a great fit at Meyers Research!
Responsibliites
  • Wants to work at company with industry leaders all of whom push the envelope
  • Enjoy presenting and sharing technology solutions
  • Has great communication and organizational skills
  • Has experience with technology platforms, especially Apple, iPad, and IOS.
  • Enjoys working with a team and collaborating to achieve success
  • Would feel comfortable giving online webinar demonstrations and controlling the meeting
  • Has no fear of talking to people on the phone, in person, or in other forms of communication
  • Passionate about training and ensuring clients understand the facets of an amazing tool and its features and how to use them
  • Cognizant of client needs and our solutions that fit best
  • Familiar with CRM’s, especially Salesforce
  • Has fun learning new ways to do business with a proactively positive outlook
  • Is passionate about building trust and realizes when it’s happened to move the needle forward
  • Familiar with Powerpoint and A/V setup, slideshows
  • Enjoys working events, engaging with attendees and developing a rapport
Requirements
  • B.S. or B.A. desired
  • Experience in customer success or similar customer facing role
  • Track record of customer retention and growth in past positions
  • The ability to grasp technical data concepts quickly and explain them to others
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills are a must
  • Strong technical skills and CRM experience required, preferably experience with Salesforce
  • Possess an interest in learning about the housing industry, specifically the new home development
  • A positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment across various teams
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Willing to travel

What will one learn in this position?

My favorite part about this role is you get to be in the field getting to know our customers and hearing directly what they love, what can be better, and what's hard. You get to be the one to wow them with first time demos and build on that energy to share with each team how our tools will fit them personally. Or on the services side you'll help them connect with our experts that will help take the weight and big questions off their shoulders. More than anything your work directly impacts company growth which in turn allows us to do even more for our industry.

We have a tight knit team who has worked together for many years. We have built so much ground from being hands on and working through challenges as a group. You'll be entering a rich network of tips and best practices to work with and be supported through unique scenarios you encounter in the market.
